Pre-Installation

  • Planet One Networks installation team will develop and plan your installation and build an implementation schedule.  The Implementation Schedule includes all aspects of the installation from start to finish.  This includes equipment orders, ship date tracking and installation.
  • Your communication solution is engineered and pre-tested in our in-house lab to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Planet One Networks will work with your local exchange carrier and all current service providers to ensure the porting of phone numbers, internet services and facilities requirements are taken care of and your installation goes without a hitch.
  • Planet One Networks Project Coordinator will work with you to organize a training schedule convenient to you and your staff.
  • Planet One Networks will coordinate all activities related to your installation and the turn up of services and set a date that is convenient for your operations.
  • Planet One Networks will ensure all hardware and software is tested specifically to your solution, on-site and in working order prior to your cutover and acceptance of system and service.

Installation

  • Your solution will be configured and installed by industry and product specific certified technology personnel.
  • Planet One Networks staff will be on site to ensure your staff understands the solution thoroughly and the initial system design is running specifically to your requirements.
  • The cutover will be managed thoroughly and monitored at the network level for jitter and latency and any corrections will be made before numbers are ported and customer accepts delivery.

Post Installation

  1. Planet One Networks provides all the assistance you need to understand the value and functionality of your system, solution and network configuration through our comprehensive training program.
  2. Planet One Networks will work with you to ensure all call flow and functionality meets expectations and will make any necessary programming changes.
  3. Planet One Networks is proactive when it comes to customer follow up and stays in constant touch through our Customer Contact Program and Monthly Newsletters.  We are there to answer any questions you may have and will make recommendations that impact and improve your business process.

 

*Note:  A Ghant Chart is provided to each customer to manage dates
